Return Due To Change Of Mind

Reno Leathers will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to

return is received by us within 24 hours of receipt of item and is returned to us

in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to

arrange their own shipping.

Reno Leathers  will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value

of any shipping paid.

 

Reno Leathers guarantees a full refund for any returned items, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn. If you receive any defective products as like (scratch on the product, shoes’s thread is torn) and any other problem than you have to claim for return within 24 hours from the time you receipt.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a request for a return, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

If the customer wants to change the product by Size is eligible only if he send us back the product within 7 days of receiving the Date. Otherwise request will not be acceptable. We are not committed to changing Any physically damaged or abused product or any product which is not purchased from us or authorized by us.

 

If any transportation or logistic support for any movement is needed by the decision of the customer then the customer will pay the shipping charge.

 Refund policy

 

Thanks for purchasing our products at Reno Leathers. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 3 working days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For Bkash payment it may take 15-20 working days and for Bank payment it may take 20-25 working days. The amount of refund less than 500 taka will be mobile recharge to your mobile number and the amount of refund more than 500 will be Bkash or Bank transfer. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 working days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
